“Is everything displayed in your shop available to buy as seen”?

I stock a variety of traditional straw designs; from House Blessings to Protective Charms. Horseshoes to bring Good Luck, or to gift someone on their Wedding Day. Each one is hand made by myself and can often be adapted if you require, to suit the occasion, or the person you wish to gift it too.

If you require a simple adaptation to anything you see, such as using a different coloured ribbon, or adding a small personalisation, please write that in the box provided. However, feel free to contact me if there is something more personal that you wish me to created. So that we can discuss exactly what you have in mind. If it is something simple, it should not seriously delay the items.

If however it is something that demands a little more time & effort, I will be able to give you a better idea of a delivery date, as well as any extra expense that would be involved. I am always very happy to discuss customising any of the traditional designs that I offer; you need only to ask!

“If however, I required a bespoke items, what do I need to do”?

If you have a clear idea of what you would like, then I look forward to hearing from you, so that we can discuss it further.

I usually work in wheat and oats, but can also create & combine certain items with the corn such as clay. As well as natural or found items; such as bones & stones, horns and thorns, shells & feathers, crystals & minerals, dried plants, specific types of tree wood, bark, seeds, nuts & berries etc. Many of these items may be seasonal, so again, something we can discuss.

If you have a particular idea, why not draw me an image, or send some photos?

Depending upon what you have in mind, a lot rests upon how easily I can obtain the item/s you require (although I have quite the collection here already!). How long it will take to physically construct. Both Wheat and Oats for example need time to soak in advance of plaiting, dry after they are woven and may also need to be treated if they contain seed heads; before they are ready to be post.

We should be able to decide on both a price and a possibly delivery date with a clearer view of what you would like created. By all means, give me a ball park figure on both of the above before I begin any project, to ensure that we are both on the same page throughout the process.

If what you desire also needs to be created at a specific planetary hour or lunar phase, this will also need to be taken in to account.

As will where the item is to be posted to geographically (as certain restrictions apply in many countries).

“What if I need a something enclosed within one of your designs”?

I am very happy to incorporate something within any item that I am creating for a client; as long as it is positive and not intentionally harmful to any one, or anything!

Such as a written spell, a wish, a blessinsg, Runic or Ogham script, a Sigil, a photograph, or even a personal item if the design allows.

I can also create an individualised herbal charm, charged crystal, or other special item that you may wish to be incorporated within a specific straw item.

So is every thing that you offer on your site hand made by you?

Mostly, however I will at times stock certain pieces that are folkloric or traditional, which I think might appeal to people interested in such items. Always dependent upon their availability & how ethical the source of each item is.
